absolutley disappointed. The mildew odor when I walked in hit me harder than a freight train. Who knew outdated furniture from the late 70s could even be called "decor"? Also, at $240 a night, I expected a complimentary upgrade or, at the very least, some decent-quality toiletries. Almost left a glowing review, but couldn’t. Just couldn’t.

Our room was not only very large but also exceptionally clean and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. The property has a private stretch of the riverbank with scenic trails and picnic tables, perfect for a relaxing escape from the crowds on the Kancamagus Highway.

The parking area was a bit tight, especially during busy weekends.

Owners were so friendly and kept the vibe chill. But, the old-school decor felt a bit dated for the price we paid. A few more breakfast choices would’ve been great, especially for egg lovers!
